This church was designed by Sven Olsen Traaseth and built about 1727. It has been remodeled several times, 1884, 1901, and 1955. It is on the lower end of the Gausa River which leads to the Gudbrandsdalslågen Riverand Lake Mjosa. It is across the road from where the Jorstad farm is supposed to be although we did not find it.
