*birth year based on the childrens age at the probate of Thomas Payne in 1749.

1753, Sept 3 - Isaiah Payne receives a land grant of fifty acres for "Isaiah's Choice" in Dorchester County, Maryland.

(1753, Aug 10 - Although there is a record of a Thomas Payne in Maryland who buys "That or Non" he is not related to this line according to DNA researchers.   He is rather in the line of Flayle Payne (d. 1765) Frederick County, Maryland.)
