Drury Graydon shows up in the will of his father in South Carolina.   Sometime before 1850 he seems to have moved to Georgia where he remains in Clayton County as a farm laborer.   I'm concerned about the fact that Drury seems to have married a woman by the name of Lindley and his brother Sterling marries a woman named Lindsey.  There is too much similarity here and my suspicion is that Sterling marries a Lindley and it was misread by the primary researcher of this information or was written incorrectly in the document.  I still have not been able to ascertain who Martha's family may be but she shows up in the 1860 and 1870 census Georgia.

1800 - Thomas Graydon shows up in the US Census of Laurens County, South Carolina.

1830 -  Drury Graden is in Dekal Co., GA, US Census

31 July 1830 - Codicil to will of Drury Boyce. James Graydon, son of Mathew Graydon.
