The research here was done by Cora Christofferson from Danish church
records. Since Denmark was one of the last areas of europe to
adopt
catholicism, the records of births and death are limited only to the
time
beginning with these church records. These churches later became
Lutheran. Most of these records are maintained in local archives and
were
microfilmed by the LDS. We still have an incomplete history of this
family
and I look forward to information that can complete the lists of the
children.
The appendage of Mauk or Marsk to the name has not shown up in the
records I have found. I don't know what or where this came
from.

Inger and daughter Ane in Skodborg. The eighty year old Ane is
listed as a widow and the wife's mother. Jens' occupation is
"peasant farmer" and "farmer".
