"He
receives a pension of fifty dollars per month. He makes the following
statement in regard to the origin of his disabilities and date when
first discovered by him: Senility gradual onset. April 1920 impairmed
vision both eyes, Brights disease at same time. Also mental impairment.
" Age81, height 5ft 11in. `180 lbs sallow complextion,
color of eyes blue, color of hair white, occupation retired.
The claimant is
81 years old an shos an advanced degree of senility.
Vision is
markedly impaired. Right ey V20/200.
There is
evidence of kidney disease and diabletes. Urin analysis: clear, acid,
sp.gr. I.024, alb. xx, sugar xxx, micr. few granular casts.
The claimant
gives evidencee of memory impairment, which he states came on following
the influenza one year ago. "
