c 1900 -Allie Marshall, age 15, marries
Alonza Wilkins, age 39, in Tacoma, WA.
Alonza Wilkins was apparently a real estate salesman with his father's
business in Pierce Co., Washington. The age difference was probably the
biggest hurtle to over come and the marriage failed. Alonza apparently
wanted her to stay home and be the adoring house wife that was expected
at the time. She apparently hadn't finished being a child. The court
records are full of (probably biased) descriptions of her life style of
gambling and drinking. [marriage and divorce documents, Pierce Co., WA]
c1907- She remarries to Francis Joseph Killduff, Pierce Co., Washington
1920 - US Census, Washington, Tacoma
Precinct. Pierce Co., enum. dist 273, sheet 6A Florence Killduff the apparent
daughter of the Francis and Allie shows up here with her mother
who has apparently remarried.
1935, April 1, - Oppie's diary states that Allie died today, April 1,
1935.
